One price, by practice size, with the website in it.
Most veterinary software makes you sit through a demonstration before anyone will tell you the cost. We would rather you knew now and decided for yourself whether it is worth a conversation.

Every plan comes with your website. The bigger the practice, the more we do with it.
An agency charges two to four thousand pounds to build a veterinary website, then bills again every time a price changes. On Vetdost it is built, hosted, secured and maintained inside the plan, and it is wired into the diary rather than sitting beside it.
Solo
A five page site that does the job properly. Home, services and fees, your team, your visit, contact. Online booking on every page.
- Built from your logo and photographs
- Hosted, secured, backed up
- Content and price changes included
- Your own domain
Practice
Twelve pages, so every service gets a page of its own that can rank on its own, plus a monthly update we write for you.

- A page per service
- One content update a month, written by us
- Seasonal campaign pages
Hospital
As many pages as the practice needs, and a separate site for each location with its own opening hours, team and diary.

What is in each plan.
Everything in the clinical and financial system is on every plan. We do not hold features back to push you up a tier. What changes is volume, website scope and how fast we answer.

On the roadmap
Being built, not yet shipped. Listed here so you can see what is coming rather than being sold it as though it already exists.

- Consultation notes, drafted for you to check
The money questions.
Why is there a setup fee if the monthly covers everything?
Because migrating a practice and building a website is real work that happens once, and burying it in the monthly fee would mean practices who stay for years subsidise the ones who leave in month three.
It covers moving your clients, patients and history, configuring your services, prices, staff and hours, building the website, and being on the phone through your first week. You can spread it over three months if that suits your cash flow better.
Is there a minimum term?
Twelve months on a monthly plan. Annual plans are prepaid, so the term is built in. After the first year it is a rolling month with no notice period beyond the current one.
Will the price go up?
Not for twelve months, guaranteed in writing. After that any rise is capped at five per cent or inflation, whichever is lower, and you get sixty days notice.
Founding practices are exempt from increases entirely, for as long as they stay.
Is there VAT on top?
Not at the moment. Vetdost is not registered for VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay and there is nothing to add.
That will change once we are over the threshold or register voluntarily, and when it does we will tell you before it appears on an invoice rather than after. If your practice is VAT registered, and almost every practice is, you will reclaim it, so the real cost to you will stay the number shown.
What happens if we outgrow a plan?
You move up when you take on the vet that puts you over, and we charge the difference from that month. Nothing is migrated and nothing is switched off. Moving down works the same way at your renewal.
Can we pay annually and get the website upgrade too?
Annual billing gives you two months free. The website scope follows your plan rather than how you pay, so a Solo practice paying annually gets the five page site at ten months' price.
Try it before you speak to anybody.
Open the demo practice, book yourself an appointment on its website, then sign in and watch it land in the diary. That takes about two minutes and tells you more than a sales call would.
No card. No call booked. Nothing installed.
